On the Interpretation of the New Testament

Voltaire was a great French writer. He had a pseudonym François-Marie Arouet. François-Marie Arouet was born in Paris (1694-1778).  Voltaire was a fighter against tyranny, fanaticism and cruelty. His works are full of critical capacity, wit and satire. They  disseminate an ideal of progress to which people of all nations have remained responsive. 

“On the Interpretation of the New Testament”. In many years from Voltaire's day the Bible would have been lost in the history, because people became more liberated and well-unformed. Some people think that a great number of sections of the New Testament are not true and they were made up by writers. The others think conversely. What do you think? Is the Bible relevant nowadays?
