Paulette Hout v. Nana Commercial Catering

Paulette Hout brought suit against NANA Commercial Catering, Inc. and Brinkerhoff-Nabors Joint Venture 36 , alleging she was dismissed from her employment with NANA for discriminatory reasons. Hout alleged NANA dismissed her because of her sex, marital status, and national origin, in violation of AS 18.80.220 (a)(1). She alleges Brinkerhoff "coerced" NANA into discharging her in violation of AS 18.80.260.
