This is a musical comedy about crack, hookers, and everyday life on the fringes of society in an American City.

The focus in on humorous events and personalities in this strange community; there are no explicit descriptions of sexual acts or detailed descriptions of drug abuse. It’s a little like “Friends”, with very different career paths.
