Reflections on the Way to Journey Lane is the memoir of James Richard Brown (1928-2012).   It is the story of a remarkable life, written by a man who was born the youngest of eighteen children on a potato farm in Northern Maine on the eve of the Great Depression.  Through hard work and determination, he achieved great success, served his country a career public servant and provided well for his family. It is an American story.
