Research On "The Science Of Gratitude"

The mention of Gratitude in the Quran is in advance to our current knowledge of this science. My opinion is that you get complete benefits when you remember and gratify your lord; Allah.
Science of gratitude is young. Even so, considerable progress has already been made in understanding how gratitude is conducive to well-being. Considerable support was found for the majority of them. Some of these have been the object of more research than others, so it may be premature to suggest that a comprehensive evaluation of each has been accomplished.
Researches done so far do not exhaust the possible ways in which gratitude impacts well-being, and future research will undoubtedly uncover additional mechanisms.
We cannot exclude religion from this study as it’s the foundation which all sciences are build.
