This open access book draws on research from the COST Action PEN@Hydropower (CA21104) and provides knowledge, tools, and framework on the development, implementation, and valorization of education results in the field of sustainable hydropower. The framework, tools, and knowledge developed and applied in the organization of the Training Schools on Sustainable Hydropower in PEN@Hydropower underpin further developments by providing support in the efficient transfer of new knowledge in the field of sustainable hydropower for increasing competitiveness in renewable energy sector. The survey conducted in over 30 member states of the PEN@Hydropower network highlighted a gap in the development of knowledge in the field of sustainable hydropower and its transfer to the younger generation.
