Teach Mathematical Thinking Strategies in Elementary Classrooms with Screencasting

Descripción editorial

Students who can explain how they solved a math problem and talk about the internal strategies they used when working something out become confident, independent thinkers. Teaching learners how to share and reflect on their strategies is a powerful and transformative way to improve confidence and fluency in their maths. This course looks at ways you can use iPad in your classroom to promote metacognitive processes, and formatively or summatively assess their learning.
