When a one night stand doesn't really stay a one night stand, a woman can only resist the man of her dreams so much.

Julienne Wulf has always been the good girl.

You know the type. The one who never got in trouble, unlike both of her brothers. But after a very public break-up, she's ready to walk on the wild side and have my first one night stand.  A man she never plans on seeing again.

Until they come face to face a few days later at her new job site.

But that's okay, she can handle it, and handle the sexy former Army Ranger named Alek. No, wait, she's not  going to handle him. She'll deal with the situation like an adult.

As he spends his time showing her the real Hawaii, they both realize that their hearts are totally involved.

Soon, tongues are wagging about their affair. Worse, someone seems so angry about her relationship, they send threatening notes which morph into actual physical attacks against Julienne.  With their relationship now fodder for the tabloids, she assumes he'll walk away.

One thing you need to know about this story: she's never been so wrong about so many things, especially Alek.
