The Daughter of Jean Lafitte

In New Orleans Clint Adams meets a woman who claims to be the daughter of Jean Lafitte, the famous pirate. At the same time he meets the woman’s daughter, who has aspirations to be a pirate like her grandfather. While the women are from different generations, both are dark haired, exotic beauties. At first Clint finds himself interested in helping the young woman acquire a ship and assemble a crew, even though he may not be taking her entirely serious. Ultimately, though, he must discover who wants to stop her so badly they would kill both the woman and Clint to do it.
