The Fourteenth Light

Neil Samuels awoke late. He would be late for work, and this he could not afford, as he was late the past two days also, and was reprimanded by his supervisor. He has a few minutes to travel eight kilometers, in Traffic, on his motorcycle, on a route that has fifteen traffic lights.
Will he make it to work on time. Then again, will he make it to work.
