Are you being held back by the way you define yourself? For years we can fall into patterns of talking about ourselves in a negative way. This might not sound important, but it is! Those negative thoughts or self-talk eventually turn into actions that are inauthentic. They turn into fear and self-doubt. So when you are contemplating taking a leap in faith in yourself or in life, you question it.


So how do we really get rid of negative thoughts? This one of a kind approach doesn’t just show how you can start changing the way you talk about yourself, but we actually discuss how we can use and accept negative language to our benefit. I wanted to discuss both sides of this because essentially it can remove any expectation that you have to be positive 100% of the time.
