The Story of the Bronze Snake

Many years past and just as God had said, the Israelites still wandered in the wilderness. They became impatient from the journey.  They walked around near Canaan and were not happy.  They kept complaining.  So God wanted to teach them something so they would not complain again.  God sent poisonous snakes among the people.  The snakes' red tongues came out and sprayed venom. Whoever was bitten was poisoned and had fever. What happened next? Did God saved them again?
