Notorious lobbyist Sam Toby is using the femme fatale to get a compromising photo of the politician in time to call off Senate hearings into a controversial airplane contract that he brokered, and there's one billion dollars at stake.


 


With only hours to stop the assignation, Shayne heads to Washington, DC, where the greed, corruption, and danger should be enough to keep him up all night.
