Tool Kit

Tool Kit.

Provides information to health service providers to ensure access to health care for Deaf people. The Tool Kit includes background information on deafness, as well as practical tips on how to use sign language interpreters in a health care setting. The use of Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) is also featured. The focus is on access to health care for the English speaking population of Québec, but the information presented will be useful in many health care settings.
