Descrierea editorului
Introduction The population of Nigeria has increased tremendously in the past few decades from a figure of about 88.5 million in 1991 by growing at rate of about 3.00% per annum. Also, the national population is now estimated to be about 140 million [1, 2]. This growth in population inevitably has been accompanied by increased demand for services in health, education and other areas. The provision of these services and other infrastructures demands the inputs of various practitioners in the construction industry. The team for each project is assembled from a disparate collection of professionals, subcontractors, craftsmen, artisans, labourers and suppliers within the industry.
