Andrea Fisher and I struck up a friendship because she was interested in English literature. But her spoken English was atrocious. I started teaching her correct English speaking and she responded well. In the meantime, she became a sort of house keeper at my house. She began speaking English well but I began to criticize her on other matters. I really shouldn't have done that! Here's why!
