ABSTRACT The objective of the proposed project is weighing--in order to solve and prevent--the problem of the psychological harassment in the University. The study sample consists of all the Administration and Services Personnel and the Educative and Investigative Personnel of the three Galician Universities. In this study the results in relation to the Educative and Investigative Personnel are presented. The data Q (Question) have been obtained using a postal survey and then those data have been subsequently supplemented with data L (Life) and data T (Test). The results of the study allow to conclude the kind of hostile behaviour infringed, the attributions the victim does, the medical-psychological consequences of the process, the environment attitude and the actions carried out to correct the situation.
