Run Rabbit

One confession. Fifteen years of silence. But the dead refuse to rest.

Fifteen years ago, a young woman was murdered at an elite mountain academy. A fellow student was convicted, confessed, and sentenced. Case closed.

But not everyone believes justice was served.

When private investigators Lawrence Hoskins and Cass Fletcher are hired to review the conviction, their search for answers leads them to the Avalon Crest Hospitality Training Academy, an isolated institution hidden deep in the mountains. But behind its prestigious reputation and promise of extraordinary careers lies something unsettling.

Curtailed by a snowstorm only hours into their visit, the pair find themselves cut off from the outside world.

Trapped among secrets, shifting loyalties, and whispers of a past that refuses to rest, Hoskins and Fletcher begin to question everything they thought they knew. Because some places never let go of their dead. And the deeper they dig, the harder it becomes to distinguish truth from deception, or the living from the ghosts they carry.

Perfect for fans of Michael Connelly and Dennis Lehane – gritty, character-driven crime novels that explore the fragile line between truth and lies.

Run Rabbit is the eighth book in the Hoskins & Fletcher crime series, an atmospheric crime thriller that can be read as a standalone.
