Борис и Арена Go to the Beach‪!‬

Join Boris and Arena at the beach for a bunch of summer fun!  This tale was written for beginning English learners whose native language is Russian. The text begins with simple Russian sentences. Then, English words are added into the Russian sentences allowing each sentence a mixture of Russian and English. Thereafter, the story is only in American English. This provides the reader with more confidence to read and transition from one language to another by allowing him or her to learn a few new words before reading entire sentences in English. This is about first (1) to second (2) grade level for children or beginning level for adults.Terrific for Russian, English learners and bilinguals of all ages!
