Välskriven utan onödig utfyllnad

Har läst den som godnattsaga för min 7 månaders. Tog relativt kort tid att ta sig igenom men det var heller inte mycket jag saknat från tex det jag lärt mig på kurs om ACT. Gillade mycket sista delarna med olika varianter av ACT samt tankarna kring terapeutens förhållningssätt.
