Aguirre V. Phillips Properties

Appellant Antonio Aguirre *fn2 filed a motion for rehearing en banc, arguing that this Court made a dispositive error of fact concerning the proceedings in the trial court, in our disposition of issue one. Upon review of the record, we grant Aguirre's motion for rehearing, withdraw our prior opinion, and substitute the following opinion.
