Ahmed-Naqvi v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Syed Shahid Ahmed-Naqvi, a native and citizen of Pakistan, appeals an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or "Board") adopting and affirming the Immigration Judges ("IJ") denial of his requests for asylum (8 U.S.C. § 1158(a)) and withholding of deportation (8 U.S.C. § 1253(h)).
