Aho v. General Services Administration

Francis J. Aho appeals from a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board ("Board"), No. AT-0752-98-0497-I-1, dismissing his appeal. Mr. Aho alleges that his March 12, 1998, retirement from his position as a supervisory police officer with the Federal Protective Service was involuntary. Because the Board did not err in concluding that Mr. Ahos retirement was voluntary, we affirm.
