This is an appeal from a final judgment confirming a $1,000,000 arbitration award in favor of PMAC, LTD. (PMAC)*fn1 . The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B & W), appeals from that award and raises four points of error contending that the arbitration process was flawed. We affirm.
