Baldree v. State

Appellant, Patrick Baldree, was charged by indictment with the offense of burglary of a habitation, enhanced by two prior felony convictions. Appellant pleaded not guilty to the primary offense, but pleaded "true" to the enhancements. A jury found appellant guilty as charged in the primary offense, found the enhancement paragraphs true, and assessed punishment at 38 years confinement.
