Barker v. Ashcroft

The petitioner-appellant, Sandra Barker, appeals from a final order by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("Board") denying her motion to reopen her deportation proceedings. The Board denied Barkers motion to reopen its decision, dismissing her appeal from an immigration courts order of deportation, because of her failure to depart voluntarily from this country as ordered. We affirm.
