Barlow v. Iblings

Petitioner in marriage dissolution action adjudicated by court decree appealed from a subsequent order granting a petition to vacate that decree under Iowa Rule of Civil Procedure 252(b). The court of appeals affirmed the vacation of the decree on grounds different from those relied on by the district court. DECISION OF COURT OF APPEALS VACATED; DISTRICT COURT JUDGMENT REVERSED.
