1 This is an action brought by Barbara Barnes, as plaintiff, against Thomas Gaines, Helen Sheehan, and The First National Bank and Trust Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Guardian of the Estate of Helen Sheehan, as defendants, arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on March 3, 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
