RALPH B. GUY, JR., Circuit Judge. The plaintiff brought this action for damages and injunctive relief against five of its former employees, alleging that the employees breached non-competition and confidentiality covenants by working for a rival corporation. After the district court granted the plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction to enforce the covenants, the defendants filed this interlocutory appeal. The plaintiff cross-appeals from a modification of the injunction that shortened the duration of the non- competition covenant for two of the defendants. We affirm the issuance of the original preliminary injunction and vacate the modification of that injunction.
