Bassett v. Johnson

Petition for a writ of certiorari to review and annul an order of the superior court finding petitioner guilty of contempt of court and sentencing him to imprisonment in the county jail. No appearance has been made for respondent superior court. Francis C. Whelan, the real party in interest, has appeared and filed a demurrer to the petition.
