Yoked to the chains of the horrific occurrence of the past; entrenched With negativity; regarded as nothing, a nobody; the epitome of what one becomes in the muddy trenches of trauma. Negativity exudes from his pores with stench.His screams; piercing! His belligerence;Offensive!
He resides in the iniquitous darkness of his empty, dank dungeon. Hair matted. His face; stained with grief, tear stains, saliva, mucus and blood. His hands and feet; black with dirt. Breath; foul. Teeth; Black with decay. The horrific smell of urination and defecation protrudes to produce nausea.
Malnourishment exposes his protruding rib cage. He’s shunned,ostracized and abandoned; the boy you’ve incarcerated in the depths of your soul, emanating from the traumatizing occurrences.
You appease him with criminality,inebriate him with alcohol, and stupefy him with substances to sedate him while contemplating methods of his death.
But killing him will destroy you to eternal damnation, but to expose him to and embrace him with love would commence the process of his/your healing. you survived and your appreciation for having survived will catapult you into your purpose.
