Ellis v. Buckley

The People appeal the court of appeals reversal of Richard John Chards (the defendant) conviction on five criminal counts of aggravated incest. The court of appeals held that reversal was warranted because of the trial courts failure to compel the seven-year-old victim to submit to involuntary psychological and physical examinations. We reverse.
