I have read the scriptures for many years. Scriptures have helped me many times—in my sad times, times of confusion, when I needed encouragement, in times of trouble, when I was afraid, etc.

I have been relieved by reading scripture, but my life was not complete. I would always try to remember scriptures when I needed them, and that helped me also.
