Gun Control for Bad Guys, Gun Solutions for Good Guys

A dual solution is needed to address violence with firearms nationwide. National minimum sentencing for crimes with firearms coupled with a nationally linked federal handgun/ longarm license, recognized across the USA and easily accessible by law enforcement everywhere is an avenue not yet explored.
