Heart, Home, Now

It is simple. It is a return. It is short, but deep, full and simple. It is the Heart that reads. It is the space within your chest that resonates with this and recognizes itself within these words. It will sing to you as you read; that is my hope.

My hope is that these words will pull from you something that is hidden but begs for attention. It begs through stress, anger and conflict. It uses those to get you to return to it. With these words, you'll return to it consciously, following these words inward to your Heart will end the begging and the screaming. This ends the turmoil and the conflict. This helps to heal and to resolve old wounds and old unacknowledged Pain, by going to their source within you and giving them life.

I also hope these words will help you gain a new and maybe broader perspective on things that are universal to the human experience. Death, the flow of Life and the simplicity of this, are things that maybe you haven't truly looked at and sat down and read about, but I offer you the chance to -- in a compact and deep way. I hope doing so can create space for something to blossom within you, a seed or a new beginning to sprout and begin to grow. And finally, I do hope this book speaks to you and can help you in some way.
