Heroes in Blue Jeans

Heroes. In a time when heroes have never been more needed, we expect to find them coming to us from afar and wearing capes, just as they do in the comic books. But what we miss seeing are the heroes in our families, among our friends, where we work, in our neighborhoods, and where we do business. They aren’t in Washington DC or London. They aren’t in the sky and they aren’t wearing capes. They are all around us, and they are wearing blue jeans. They are regular people just like you and I. This book celebrates some of those very people.
