THIS IS A REALLY GOOD BOOK .PERHAPS ITS ONE OF THOSE UNIQUE BOOKS WHICH BRING TOGETHER SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY SIMULTANEOUSLY.FROM THIS BOOK I CAME TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT HUMAN MIND-BOTH FROM SPIRITUAL AND SCIENTIFIC ANGLE.I HAVE ALSO COME TO KNOW WHAT FACTORS CONTROL OUR MIND ,WHAT CAUSES STRESS AND HOW TO GET RID OF STRESS.THIS BOOK HAS HELPED ME IN GAINING CONTROL OVER MY MIND IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS AND HELPED ME TO GET RID OF STRESS USING ITS DIFFERENT SCIENTIFIC AND SPIRITUAL TECHNIQUES.
