In my 15 years of practice in the healing arts, I have seen more than a few people who struggle with the feeling of not being good enough, or the feeling that others critically judge who they are and how they are. This struggle affects the body, mind and spirit. This book is a look into some of the factors that affect our self-esteem and some insights into healing those hurt and broken places in our spirits.
