Illustrated Stories from the Book of Mormon: Volume 1 retells the history of Lehi and his family from 1 Nephi 1 through 1 Nephi 10.  


Lehi and his family obey the commandment of the Lord and leave Jerusalem, which was to be destroyed. They return to Jerusalem two times for the brass plates and the family of Ishmael, to ensure that they would have children and grandchildren and that these descendants would have the teachings of the prophets from the time of Adam and Eve. Lehi taught his family of his visions and of Jesus Christ, the Messiah who was to come into the world. 


Each page includes vivid illustration to help maintain interest and increase understanding for young readers of these important scriptures. A dramatized audio read-along is also included in this e-book to further bring the scriptures to life.
