K & L Trucking Co. v. Thurber

K & L Trucking Co., Inc. and its compensation carrier, Firemans Fund Insurance Co. (collectively, employer), appeal from the November 19, 1984, decision of the Industrial Commission of Virginia (Commission), which restored workers compensation benefits to Albert Frank Thurber (claimant). The Commissions decision affirmed a May 17, 1984, deputy commissioners decision awarding temporary total benefits to claimant for the period January 31, 1984 through March 11, 1984, and temporary partial benefits from March 11, 1984, and thereafter until modified.
