Kaminski v. United States Immigration and Naturalization Service

Dariusz Kaminski, a native and citizen of Poland, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") order affirming the Immigration Judges ("IJ") decision finding Kaminski deportable and denying Kaminskis requests for asylum and withholding of deportation. We have jurisdiction pursuant to a U.S.C. § 1105a(a). We deny the petition for review.
