Life is Lovely (All the Year‪)‬

Life is Lovely (the madrigal from Gilbert and Sullivan’s Ruddigore) is a nineteenth century pastoral British poem about the seasons, written by W.S. Gilbert. Inspired by the words, Maria Anthony has created a series of original ink and watercolor illustrations, and combined them with the short poem to turn it into a sweetly illustrated little  storybook.
