Yet another "alternative" miracle path

I'm getting fed up with this form of glorification of paths to a great physique; a long presentation of where "the mainstream path" OR "the hardcore path" fails to give correct advice, including hints throughout the text of its author's perfect knowledge in this matter.
So, what's the hatch?
You have to buy the author's book, enrol to a costly subscription etc.
In short, this book is a lure of interest with the purpose of making money by presenting ways to gain results that not exceptional to the individual author, the statements in the teaser text notwithstanding.
