Muse

Muse is a short story collection that varies from action to situational comedy and back to thrilling adventure. 

"Retribution is Free" tells the narrative of early Russians and their shady interactions with their eastern tribes. A little girl is taken along with others, and the plot revolves around her decision to seek freedom or revenge.

"Excuse Me, Ms." is about a woman and her overly analytical brain attempting to navigate a work trip. She notices a man doing things she would never do and manages to navigate the chaos of traveling economy class. When a mistake brings them together, she is forced to reconsider her harsh judgment.

"The Cleric" is set in a fantasy world where a powerful man has fallen out of favor with the gods who granted him his abilities. He has become a pacifist, but he is drawn into a horrific conflict between his religion and another more powerful group. Will he allow his sheep to be slaughtered, or will he once again pick up the blade?
