In Woodland Hills

At evenings blush

On primrose paths

We spoke till dusk


Sharing our most inward desires

On a night that lit a thousand fires

While pressed against your cerise cheeks

Near saffron flowers

In fields of wheat


An unforgettable journey spent

In Woodland Hills

Where we both went

To be among the dragonflies

And share our hearts 

Until twilight cries
