Southern Pacific Company v. Aurora M. Castro

This is an action for damages growing out of a truck-traincollision in which the truck driver, Arthur Castro, was killed. Plaintiffs are the surviving wife and minor children of the deceased. Trial was by jury and plaintiffs recovered judgment upon the verdict. The parties will be referred to here as they were in the trial court.
