This ebook is a collection of research notes for the effort that led to the material contained in "Coping Styles: Dealing with Life on Life's Terms." The topics covered are very broad and very shallow.

It gives you one level more depth than you will get in a typical project management certification course. But it does not go as deep as a comprehensive college course might.
