The Clan of the Celestial Spear

The meeting between Neanderthals and modern humans is part of the foundation of European history.

Somewhere in Europe, 40,000 years ago, a new people traveled into an area that, for countless generations, had been inhabited by Neanderthals. Suspicion and fear begat a mutual xenophobia between the two groups. In the story, we follow some of these men and women. We experience how they are affected by their fears and how strange natural phenomena, are interpreted. The story depicts dramatic turns of events with religious elements. The female shaman, Wolf-Paw, is a crucial figure in the chain of events leading to the creation of The Clan of the Celestial Spear.
