Why Me Anthology

This is an anthology of work published by students at Fairfield Public School as part of the annual writing competition.

Every year there is a theme and the students have one term to complete their work and submit for judging. The theme for this particular year was “Why Me ?”

The school has a proud history of providing quality education in an environment that fosters safety, trust, attachment, responsibility and skills for students. The school’s current enrolment in 2021, is made up of 95% English as a Second Language speakers of which 40% are from a refugee background. The school serves a predominantly socio-economically disadvantaged community.
