William McKinley: The President Who Wore Carnations

William McKinley was a religious man who wanted to be a Methodist minister. He fought in the Civil War as a teenager, then became a lawyer and politician. He won the 1896 election to become the 25th President of the United States.
Six months into his second Presidency, he was shot and killed.
